CEO of CJ’s Functional Fitness, CJ bases his fitness program on his 30+ years of experience in the fitness and martial arts world.
CJ developed a deeper desire for fitness after competing in an all-natural bodybuilding show in the early 1990s. In the late 1990s, he discovered no-holds-barred training and had to make major physical adjustments to adapt to the demands of conditioning. The transition from bodybuilding to mixed martial arts birthed CJ’s concept of functional fitness.
